Train My Staff – Making A Booking
Booking a Train My Staff session must be made at least 14 days before your requested appointment date. This will allow our trainers to fully understand what you want your staff to achieve from this session and customise your session accordingly. To check availability, please email email@example.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
A deposit of $50 for all services is payable at the time of booking. Payment can be made through our website via PayPal.
Notice of any cancellation, amendment or reduction in your scheduled service must be provided in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations and amendments received outside of 7 days prior to your scheduled service will not incur a cancellation fee.
As we keep this time and date exclusively available for you and have refused other bookings we cannot refund any deposits where less than 7 days notice has been provided.
Travel fee is applicable when travelling to locations more than 30 minutes outside of Sydney CBD; to request a quote, please email email@example.com.
In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when Train My Staff sessions are being conducted, for example hotel parking and meter parking.
Crystal Johnston requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Crystal Johnston have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin, etc.
Crystal Johnston reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our Train My Staff Sessions, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes – only with your written consent.
