How long will it take to deliver my order?
Most items consist of stock held in one of our supplier’s warehouses, all over the world. Mostly, we request our suppliers ship your order directly to you from their overseas warehouse.
Each product listed online has its own estimated delivery time frame. These time frames can be found in the ‘Product Description’ section of the product page. We generally advise that it can take up to 21 days for your order to reach you after your order has been placed.
Whilst we endeavour to meet our estimated delivery time frames, there are many factors out of our control that mean you may receive your order later than anticipated. We do apologise for any unforeseen delays, however – our team is always working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
On rare occasions, we may not be able to complete your order in full. We will inform you as soon as we are made aware of any discrepancies with stock to give you the opportunity to choose a replacement item of the same value. If you do not find anything suitable, you will be refunded via your original method of payment as soon as possible.
Can I get my order Faster?
Yes, we offer a Priority Shipping Service for an additional fee. Please select ‘Priority Shipping’ during checkout.
How are my orders sent to me?
Orders will be delivered directly via our suppliers from their warehouses. If you have ordered items from multiple suppliers, you may receive several deliveries.
How much am I charged for delivery?
Standard shipping and handling is free anywhere in the world. Priority shipping is charged at AUD$12.90 per order.
Import Duty and Taxes
Items being delivered directly from our suppliers overseas may incur import duty and charges. For Australian customers, if you receive a letter advising charges must be paid, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily cover the cost.
For customers in countries outside Australia, it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty and taxes within your own country.
Services – Deposit Policy
A deposit of $50 for all services is payable at the time of booking.
Services – Cancellation Policy
Notice of any cancellation, amendment or reduction in your scheduled service must be provided in writing to email@example.com. Cancellations and amendments received outside of 7 days prior to your scheduled service will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations and amendments received within 7 days of your scheduled service will result in the loss of any deposit paid.
